Installing or upgrading WordPress can be a disaster if you don’t have proper backups in place and haven’t done your homework on which plug-ins could potentially cause you issues or even outright break your site.
We handle database and content backup before beginning the process, as well as troubleshoot issues with out of date plug-ins that can cause issues with newer versions of the WordPress code base.
If a plug-in is found to not be compatible with the upgrade, we will work with the plug-in developer to remedy the issue, or if need be, find a viable replacement.
